How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 48 hours of order receipt. In most cases, orders received by 10am EST will ship the same day. Typical shipping time via FedEx ground is 3-5 business days.

Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
What are your shipping costs?
Orders that exceed $69.99 will be shipped free via FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders that are below $69.99 will be charged a flat rate of $3.99 for shipping and will also be delivered via FedEx Ground. These orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, babyeinstein.com only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship outside of the United States; nor do we ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Returns Policies
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. However, we understand that sometimes plans change! Here’s how cancellations work at babyeinstein.com:
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at no cost within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, we begin preparing your order for shipment and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Instead, please refer to our [Return Policy] for details on how to send your order back once it arrives
If you need to make changes to your order and it's within the 2 hour window, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds with an Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. babyeinstein.com does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address. You will send your return order to this location. Upon receipt, your return order will be inspected. If your return order qualifies and refund is approved, a credit will be made to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Orders Damaged in Transit
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us by filling out a Product Support Form. Designate your purchase location as "babyeinstein.com." Be sure to add your order number to the comments section. We address these on a case-by-case basis and may request a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
